The 1989 Turbo is a one year only model with the infamous G50 5 speed manual transmission. With just 857 final year turbos produced for the US market, it goes by no surprise that these are considered to be the holy grail for any Porsche enthusiast or collector.
Finished at the Porsche factory on June 22 1988, this Grand Prix White Turbo originally sold at Northwood Imports Inc out of San Antonio, TX on July 5th, 1989. Sold to its first owner William Dexheimer who took European delivery of his turbo. Mr. Dexheimer remained the sole owner up until 2011 when the Turbo was sold off to its second caretaker with under 300 miles at the time.
Ordered in a classic white on black combination accompanied by its original paint, original tires, original title and original Porsche leather interior. This museum quality 930 Turbo currently showcasing just 430 miles from new has remained in a climate-controlled environment since it arrived stateside in 89'.
The final year of Porsche's innovative 930-generation Turbo was arguably the best example to own with a long list of desirable factory upgrades.
